Services Provided:The main role of the team is to provide psycho-social interventions to:Promote social inclusionHelp reduce distressing symptomsHelp reduce relapsePromote healthy living and wellbeingThe team provides the following services:Individual social inclusion sessionsIndividual vocational sessionsIndividual CBT for PsychosisFamily Interventions for people with psychosisHealthy Lving GroupOther groups include (not always running-please contact to find out): gym, swimming, football, women's fitness, hearing voices, stigmaThe team will work with service users in their own homes, in community teambases and other community resources as appropriate.
